This evening will explore the shadowy world of the Bardo!  The Bardo is known in Tibetan culture as an intermediate, transitional or liminal state between death and rebirth.  The evening will be set in candlelight and the audience will move through from one story to the next with monologues and short scenes.  All set in the gorgeous Katzoff Gallery in the Pan Pacific Hotel.  Enjoy a cocktail and some enlightened and chilling stories in the dancing candlelight!

Next Wave Playwrights Project!

Pacific Play is committed to building a support structure that fosters new work.  We are forming the Next Wave Playwrights Project a writing group for local playwrights.  The writers meet twice a month and share new work, receive and give feedback, and generally help to support and encourage each other. The group will work on individual projects but also will work on presenting a team written showcase to be presented in the fall of 2020!  Look here to be updated on meetings, readings and events.

ACTORS
We need readers for our Sunday afternoon meetings. You will read selections of work from writers in the group. Each meeting is 2 hours. A good opportunity to meet local playwrights & directors in Seattle.  We are looking for all ages and types.  $30 stipend per meeting!  Please be vaccinated and follow CDC protocols.
