Parking
Off street parking is available in the neighborhood but on weekends it can be a challenge so plan accordingly.
Public Transit
All of our meeting spaces & theaters are located on major bus lines. Look at http://metro.kingcounty.gov specific public transit directions from your location.
Pacific Play Company Policies
Late Seating
Pacific Play Company has an open seating policy, so please arrive early to ensure that you can find a seat easily and that your party can sit together. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. In the event that a show includes an intermission, patrons will be given a 5-minute warning before the show resumes to retake their seats.
Food and Drink
Our venue, offers non-alcoholic beverages, beer and wine. 18th & Union allows drinks purchased on-site to be brought into the theatre during the show!
Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds for ticket purchases. Pacific Play Company will honor requests for exchanges made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the show. Any requests made after this period will be processed at the sole discretion of the box office manager.
Waitlists
In the event that a show has sold out, the box office may open a waitlist. Patrons can join the waitlist by emailing the box office or in person the night of the show. Available seats will be sold to waitlisted patrons in order of priority before the start of the show. Waitlisted patrons must be physically present at the box office in order to purchase released tickets. All late seating rules apply to released waitlisted tickets.
Children
Due to the mature and often graphic subject matter of our productions, our shows may not be appropriate for many children under the age of 12. Parents should use their best judgement in bringing their children along. Refunds will not be issued to children after the play has begun.
Purchasing Tickets at the Door
Tickets can be purchased online anytime or at the door 30 minutes prior to performance.
General Theater Etiquette
- Please turn off or silence your cell phone before the performance begins.
- Photography or video-recording of any kind is strictly prohibited.
- If you do need to leave the theater at any time during the performance, please do so as discreetly as possible.
- In general, try to be mindful of the performers and your fellow patrons. Talking, making noise, and checking your cellphone are all very distracting during a performance. We ask that all of our audience members be courteous to each other and our artists so that everyone may enjoy the show.
